Always lock your room when leaving. Management is not responsible for loss of valuables.
Cooking allowed only in designated areas (if applicable). Use of hot plates or gas stoves inside rooms is prohibited.
Use the designated laundry area or services provided. Avoid drying clothes in corridors or balconies.
Two-wheelers allowed in the designated parking area only. No responsibility for damages or theft.
Any misbehavior, fights, or use of abusive language will result in immediate disciplinary action.
Management reserves the right to amend policies and terminate stay for violations without refund.
